Lucky Wings

Description: 

Classic Hot Wing recipe using Lucky's Hot Sauce.  Many flavors and heat levels to chose from.  Here they are in heat level (mildest to hottest): Rudolph's Red, Cherry Bomb, Jalapeno, Ripe Jalapeno, Serrano, Thai, "13", and Habanero. 

Preparation time:

Cooking time: 
15 minutes
Ingredients: 
12 Chicken Wings (Split at the joints, tips removed)
2 T Flour
6 T Butter
1⁄2 c Lucky's Hot Sauce (any flavor)
Instructions: 

Dredge the wings (split at the joints with tips removed) in the flour.

Working in batches, deep-fry the chicken wings in 375 F. vegetable oil until golden brown (about 15 minutes).  Drain on paper towels.

Combine the melted butter and hot sauce in a bowl.  Mix well.  Toss 1/3 of the wings at a time with 1/3 of the wing sauce in a large bowl.

Notes: 

Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
